A complete transformation for this Broadbeach Waters family home. We opened up the kitchen and living areas, installed new engineered timber floors throughout, and completely rebuilt both bathrooms with custom vanities and sensor-activated LED lighting. Outside, we replaced the old deck with merbau decking and added a pergola connected to the kitchen via new stacker doors. The family stayed onsite during construction, so we kept everything organised with weekly meetings and careful scheduling. Another Gold Coast home brought into 2026 without losing what made it work for the family.
