Every addition starts with a proper look at your existing home’s structure and style, so the new space reads as part of the house, not an extra. It’s a considered way to build, and we take on a limited number of projects each year to do it properly.

What kind of additions do you take on?
We build home additions, extensions, pergolas and decks for Gold Coast properties, concentrated around Burleigh, Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach Waters, Palm Beach and the surrounding premium suburbs. We limit the number of projects we run at once so every addition gets proper attention.
How does the process work for an addition?
Every addition starts with a proper assessment of your existing structure, roofline and materials, then moves into a pre-construction phase covering design, engineering and program before a trade sets foot on site. That groundwork is what makes an addition look and perform like it was always part of the house.
Who will I deal with day to day?
A named project manager is your primary point of contact, supported by a dedicated site supervisor and our founder, who is hands-on across every build. You’ll receive a fortnightly reporting cadence with progress photos, a decisions log and a forward two-week plan.
What happens after handover?
You’re covered for 12 months on cosmetic defects and 6 years and 6 months on structural items, backed by QBCC home warranty insurance, plus a documented handover pack with manuals and warranties for every fixture and system.
