Getting a high-end Gold Coast build right starts long before a trade sets foot on site. Every project begins with a dedicated pre-construction phase, working alongside your architect or designer on buildability, material selection and program, so your build runs to a fixed scope and a schedule that holds. It’s a considered way to build, and we take on a limited number of projects each year to do it properly.
From concept to council approval, we shape a brief around your block and the way you actually want to live, then build it exactly as drawn.

What kind of projects do you take on?

How does your process work?
Every project starts with a dedicated pre-construction phase, working alongside your architect and designers on buildability, material selection and program, before a single trade is on site. That groundwork is what keeps your build to a fixed scope and a schedule that holds.
Who will I deal with day to day?
A named project manager is your primary point of contact, supported by a dedicated site supervisor and our founder, who is hands-on across every build. You’ll receive a fortnightly reporting cadence with progress photos, a decisions log and a forward two-week plan.
What happens after handover?
You’re covered for 12 months on cosmetic defects and 6 years and 6 months on structural items, backed by QBCC home warranty insurance, plus a documented handover pack with manuals and warranties for every fixture and system.
