What kind of renovation projects do you take on?
We take on full home renovations and substantial kitchen, bathroom and living-area upgrades across the Gold Coast, concentrated around Burleigh, Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach Waters, Palm Beach and the surrounding premium suburbs. We limit the number of projects we run at once so every renovation gets proper attention.
How does your renovation process work?
We start with a walkthrough of your existing home, then move into a dedicated pre-construction phase covering scope, material selection and program before any trade arrives. That groundwork is what keeps a renovation to a fixed scope and a schedule that holds, even when you’re living on-site.
Who will I deal with day to day?
A named project manager is your primary point of contact, supported by a dedicated site supervisor and our founder, who is hands-on across every build. You’ll receive a fortnightly reporting cadence with progress photos, a decisions log and a forward two-week plan.
What happens after handover?
You’re covered for 12 months on cosmetic defects and 6 years and 6 months on structural items, backed by QBCC home warranty insurance, plus a documented handover pack with manuals and warranties for every fixture and system.
