What kind of projects do you take on?
We build custom homes and high-end renovations on the Gold Coast. A full new build in Burleigh Heads and a precision renovation in Mermaid Beach are very different jobs. The standard we hold them to does not change.
How does your process work, from first conversation to handover?
We start with a conversation, not a quote. We get to know what you’re building toward, walk you through design and approvals, and give you a clear scope before anything is signed. From there we run every stage of the build for you: construction, selections, trades and handover.
Who will we be dealing with day to day?
Justin. He’s on site regularly and personally manages each build. You won’t be handed off to a supervisor you’ve never met. The person you speak to at the start is the person running your project.
How do you work alongside our architect or designer?
Closely. We’re brought in early on most projects and work directly with your architect or designer to ensure what’s drawn is buildable, on budget, and on time. We speak the language of documentation and don’t wait to be told what to do.
What is a realistic budget for a project with you?
Custom homes typically start from $1.5M. Renovations vary widely with scope. A well-planned renovation can start from $300K and scale from there. We’ll give you a straight answer in the first conversation.
What happens after handover?
You receive full defects liability coverage, all relevant warranties, and direct access to Justin. We don’t disappear once the keys are handed over. If something needs attention in the weeks after completion, we deal with it directly and without delay.
